Direction Assistant, Paris (FR) – Full-time position

Beyond Ratings is a young independent risk and investment research company. We assist our clients in integrating climate, energy transition, carbon & ESG risks and opportunities in their investment strategy and operations, with a focus on country risks and Sovereign bonds. We provide standard research and tailored services. Our services are based on advanced quantitative analytics, risk scoring for over 50 countries in the world.

We are recruiting our Direction Assistant. The right candidate will ensure the daily interface between the two co-founders and the team. He/she will work to optimize the inhouse resources, and have projects deadline being respected. He/she must have the temperament to thrive in young company driven by our entrepreneur’s spirit, high level of commitment, pro-activity, team work and result driven attitude. You will work in an international environment, with senior professionals and new recruits.

The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Assist the CEO & COO in their mission and daily operations: prepare presentations, set-up meetings, prepare minutes, ensure the follow-up of projects
  • In-house processes management: production planning, clients’ projects follow-up, product development, R&D efforts, knowledge management
  • Assist the commercial team: answer to tenders, client trial set up, roadshow organisation, event organisation
  • Accountancy & Finance: client invoicing, monthly accountancy, cash management
  • Human Resources: contract of recruits, Interact with staff for their day-to-day issues
  • Office management: supplies, equipment, internal events


Qualifications expected

  • Successful experience in a similar position
  • English proficiency is a pre-requisite
  • Good sense of priorities, organized, structured, rigorous
  • Knowledge in accountancy
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing, organic environment
  • Pro-active and result driven
